Refunding A Ticket / Order

First, go to the "Orders" tab and search the name of the order that you would like to switch.

*Make sure that the filters are clear  so you can find the order that you're looking for.

*The name search only doesn't need a complete name. You can search an order with just partial name.

Once you find your order click view ticket to open the order

You can then follow any of the following paths:

  1. Full Refund - this will put the ticket back into inventory and refund will be processed.

  2. Full Comp - this will refund the payment back to the patron and will leave the tickets in their possession.

  3. Refund / Comp individual tickets in the order
